centre of Moniga is characterised by the beauty of its narrow, picturesque streets.<\/strong> You can breathe in a medieval atmosphere, especially in the area of the Pozzo, the oldest part of the centre where in the past there was an important well from which to draw water.<\/p>\n<p>In the centre you will also find several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a glass of the famous Chiaretto.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9449ab e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c9449ab\" data-id=\"d2d4457\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This castle is undoubtedly the best known and most characteristic building in Moniga: <strong>built in the 10th century as a defence against the Hungarian invasion<\/strong>, it is still in excellent condition and stands on a slight rise. A small stream runs alongside the building and a row of tall cypress trees rises up, while in the rear area is the municipal cemetery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The style is very simple and pleasant<\/strong>, the exterior has a gabled fa\u00e7ade without plasterwork, while inside there are remains of ancient decorations and paintings from recent times.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-255dc98e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"255dc98e\"
