The tradition of the weekly market is very much felt throughout the Garda area, and each municipality has its own: for residents it is a pleasant meeting place, while for tourists and visitors it is the perfect occasion for shopping and getting to know the local culture.
The weekly markets on Lake Garda are full of life; the streets are filled with colourful stalls, fragrances and people strolling around, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
As you browse among the numerous stalls, you will find delicious food and wine, fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing, accessories of all kinds, and much more.
Here is a list of the weekly markets in the towns bordering Lake Garda, but also in the inland villages, divided according to the different days of the week: with a few marked exceptions, they are all held in the morning, generally between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.
